American Traveler is hiring an experienced Interventional Radiology RN with conscious sedation skills for a day shift travel assignment requiring an active LA or compact RN license.

• Work in the Interventional Radiology Unit (IRU) of a hospital setting
• Unit staffed with 5 RNs and 4 techs
• Day shift schedule, all day shift staffing with night coverage on call only
• Patient ratios vary by case
• Uses Phillips Azurion and GE interventional radiology equipment
• Meditech EMR used
• Performs all interventional radiology procedures including fluid maintenance procedures
• On-call responsibilities include one night per week and one weekend per month

• Active RN license (LA or compact) required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Interventional Radiology experience required
• Conscious sedation experience required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

• Provide direct patient care during interventional radiology procedures
• Team-oriented environment seeking a strong team player
• Ceil Blue scrub color required
• Good attendance and communication skills preferred
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
