American Traveler is hiring a Telemetry RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring ACLS certification and telemetry rhythm interpretation skills.

• 36-bed Telemetry unit (4 South) with a 1:6 patient ratio
• 12-hour night shifts (7P-7A) with every other weekend and holidays required
• Floating to other units required as needed per hospital policy
• Uses telemetry monitors, Dynamaps, glucometers, iMobile phones, and bladder scanners
• Documentation completed in Meditech
• PICC line removal and vas cath/temp cath removal performed on the unit
• Self-scheduling available within unit guidelines

• Active LA or compact RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience required
• Meditech experience required
• Telemetry rhythm interpretation skills required
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration
• No gaps in work history of 90+ days within the past 12 months

• Level II Trauma Center, Certified Stroke Center, and Certified Chest Pain Center
• Hourly rounding, bedside shift report, My Care Boards, and AIDET practices followed
• Ceil blue scrubs required per hospital dress code policy
• Highly experienced nursing staff, including nationally certified team members and unit manager
• Advanced technology includes iMobile devices, Dynamaps integrated with Meditech, and an advanced call light system
• HCA Unit of Distinction award winner with strong employee engagement and quality metrics
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius; no local candidates accepted
