Day Shift: 1 Charge, 3 RNs, 3 LPNs, 3 PCTs, 1 Secretary
Night Shift: 1 Charge, 3 RNs, 3 LPNs, 3 PCTs
The unit is equipped with:
- IV Pumps
- Wound Vacs
- SCD Pumps
- Kangaroo Pumps
- Chest Tubes
- Telemetry
- PCA Pumps
- Bipaps
- Epidurals
Required
Certifications:
- Active Nursing License
- ACLS
- BLS
Must Have:
- Med-Surg Experience
- Ability to Collaborate as a Team Player
- Critical Thinking Skills
Preferred
Skills:
- Prioritization Skills
- Time Management Skills
Typical Procedures Performed:
- Wound Vac Changes
- Wound Care
- IV Insertions
- Insertion of Indwelling Foley Catheters
Work Environment:
The ideal candidate will be willing to work as part of a team. Every other weekend shifts are required.
Potential floating may include areas 6A, 3A, 3 South, and 4 South.
Dress Code:
Ceil Blue scrubs are required. Sweatshirts and crocs are not permitted.
