Food Prep, Cook, and Pizza Maker - Cast Member

Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring high‑quality, safe, and appetizing food service at all times.

• Prepare high‑quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery by using correct portioning, maintaining temperature, and ensuring presentation.
• Use established ticket collection procedures and maintain accurate records during service periods.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including cleaning surfaces, refrigerators, and storerooms.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting.
• Assist in ordering and receiving all food and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, faulty equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Attend in‑service and safety meetings.
• Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.
• Perform job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Follow HACCP standards, including proper presentation, portion control, and temperature maintenance.
• Commit to personal safety and the safety of others.
• Abide by company policies, including proper glove use, oven mitts, slip‑resistant shoes, and safe lifting techniques.
