• Be a Team Member:
  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with the team; be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
• Be an Expert:
  Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future productions and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; understand product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie:
  Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilize handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchasing decisions; handle payments and merchandise location; resolve member issues and concerns.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Act as a brand advocate; develop, influence, and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style; identify roadblocks and assist in training.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; apply related action plans and open-door policy in executing business processes.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress and opportunities for improvement; adapt to change and feedback.
