Position Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Automotive Collision Repair Technician with advanced knowledge in the collision repair industry. The ideal candidate will be a self‑driven professional who strives for excellence, is always looking for ways to improve, and has a passion for high‑quality workmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Perform complete body and structural repairs on a variety of vehicles, including aluminum and steel.
  • Conduct vehicle tear‑downs, damage assessments, and reassembly.
  • Prep and refinish vehicles to OEM or higher standards.
  • Follow manufacturer repair guidelines to ensure quality and safety.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Communicate effectively with estimators, painters, and management to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Perform other related duties to ensure effective and efficient repairs.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in collision repair, body work, or refinishing
  • Proficiency in aluminum, steel, and structural repair techniques
  • I‑CAR or ASE certifications preferred (not required but a plus)
  • Strong understanding of repair procedures and materials
  • Ability to operate frame machines, welders, and refinishing tools safely
  • Detail‑oriented with pride in craftsmanship
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
