Position Summary:

As a Financial Analyst at CEG, you’ll play a critical role in driving strategic decision-making by consolidating, analyzing, and interpreting key business and financial data across all units. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with leaders from Quick Attach, Erskine, Dirt Dog, Pro-Dig, and Agile, providing insights that shape operational efficiency and profitability. You'll also lead capital expenditure (Cap Ex) analysis and margin improvement initiatives, making this a high-impact position for a dynamic, results-oriented individual.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and review weekly flash reports and cash forecasts from all business units.
• Consolidate, review, and analyze monthly financial reporting, identifying key trends and variances.
• Perform sales and order analysis by channel, business unit, and product line.

  Collaboration:
• Partner with Controllers to review and refine cost rates and cost structures.
• Collaborate across business units to ensure alignment on financial performance and reporting standards.
• Capital Expenditure Management:
• Lead the Cap Ex analysis and reporting process, providing detailed evaluations of capital projects and tracking ongoing investments.
• Profitability & Pricing:
• Conduct margin analysis at the product and category level.
• Identify pricing opportunities and recommend changes to enhance profitability.
• Cross-Functional Support:
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across all CEG business units to ensure consistent, high-quality data and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or a similar role (manufacturing experience preferred).
• Strong proficiency with financial systems and tools (Excel, ERP systems, Power BI or similar analytics platforms).
• Demonstrated ability to consolidate, interpret, and present complex financial data.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
