We promote from within and provide opportunities for training and advancement. This role is for a Screed Operator responsible for monitoring the asphalt mat to meet printer/inspector expectations.

• Maintains and verifies depth and slope of mat behind the asphalt paver.
• Operates electronic controls on the machine to control depth and slope of the mat.
• May occasionally operate manual controls.
• Adjusts screed to control texture and width of the mat.
• Shovels and lute materials as needed.
• Prioritize safety at all times, following company and industry safety guidelines and protocols.
• Performs other tasks as needed.
