As a General Laborer t

he purpose of this position is to assist with general tasks in hot mix, grading, base or pipe crew operations.

Requirements

• Must be able to travel throughout Minnesota, North and South Dakota
• Regular, consistent attendance and regular overtime at all assigned job sites
• Valid Drivers License
• Acceptable motor vehicle record
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical strength and endurance to perform all principal duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as power brooms, jack hammers, tractor/packer, skid steers, box blades, mini rollers and a variety of hand tools
• Set up and remove construction signs, barricades and barrels
• Assist with traffic control
• Prioritize safety at all times, following company and industry safety guidelines and protocols.
• Perform other tasks as needed
