Description

Make an impact by helping members access essential transportation services with ease and confidence.

• Respond to member inquiries on transportation and interpreter services with professionalism and accuracy
• Resolve transportation-related issues and document all interactions clearly and concisely
• Maintain strong knowledge of Prime West Health programs, policies, and guidelines
• Identify and elevate grievances or appeals following proper procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues
• Support high-quality service by participating in trainings and team meetings
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

• Knowledge of Medical Assistance, Medicare, and privacy regulations related to member communication

Education & Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (call center experience a plus)
• Strong multitasking, organization, and attention to detail
• Effective communication and ability to work with diverse teams
• Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs
