Director of Home Health – Alexandria
Join Vivie to lead home health operations in Alexandria, MN. This Administrator‑level role drives delivery of exceptional in‑home care, advances operational excellence, ensures compliance, and supports team growth. The position is full‑time, salaried, exempt, and offers a competitive pay range of $104,000–$128,960 annually, along with health coverage, leadership training, and wellness programs.
Schedule:
Full‑time | 80 h per pay period | Monday‑Friday | 8 am – 4:30 pm
- Oversee Home Health Operations – Provide day‑to‑day oversight of multiple sites while shaping long‑term growth through strategic planning, budgeting, and care delivery alignment.
- Ensure Regulatory & Clinical Excellence – Serve as the Administrator for home health agencies, lead survey readiness, manage MDH surveys, and drive consistent compliance with federal, state, and internal standards.
- Lead & Develop High‑Performing Teams – Hire, coach, and support managers and care teams; foster a strong, mission‑driven culture with clear expectations, continuous education, and commitment to quality.
- Advance Growth & Community Partnerships – Collaborate with sales to drive inquiries, admissions, and community engagement; ensure excellent communication with referral sources and successful service recovery.
- Drive Quality Improvement Across Care Delivery – Partner with quality leaders to implement clinical benchmarks, explore care trends, and improve outcomes through scalable processes.
- Other duties as assigned – The duties listed above are representative of the nature and level of work but not exhaustive.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist in Minnesota.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health or related field.
- Knowledge of home health regulations, standards of care, and survey processes.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire).
- Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle.
- Ability to pass state‑mandated background checks.
- Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team members, visitors, and leaders.
