Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 available for eligible employees.

We’re seeking a caring, responsible, and empathetic Medical Assistant (MA/CMA) who will assist with patient care for all ages in an ambulatory setting. The Medical Assistant will advocate for the patient’s needs by collaborating with both the patient and their care team to ensure comfort throughout their healthcare journey s role offers multiple opportunities for growth and development.

• Collect subjective and objective health status data from patients or caregivers and communicate data to healthcare providers.
• Follow through on patients’ plans of care under provider direction.
• Communicate providers’ written instructions for care to patients or caregivers.
• Participate in care for patients across the lifespan in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, treatment, and follow‑up as patients move in and out of care settings.
• Obtain vital signs, prepare patients for examinations, observe and report patient signs or symptoms, and perform point‑of‑care testing.

• Graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant program.
• Nationally certified or registered as a Medical Assistant (MA).
• Certification (CMA) obtained through a nationally approved program (e.g., AAMA, CCMA, CMAC, NCMA).
• Registration (RMA) acceptable via AMT.
• Knowledge of state registration requirements: ND MAIII, MN/IA/SD/OR no registration required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within six months of employment; recertification as required.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
