Position: Recruiter (Building Materials)

Remote Recruiter – Building Materials Industry (commission-based)

gpac offers an excellent work-life balance in a fast‑paced environment. There is tremendous earning potential with no cap, and the role allows you to transform people’s lives by placing them in their ideal positions while growing your own career.

Base pay range

$35,500.00/yr – $37,000.00/yr

As a commission‑driven position you can earn between 30‑80 % of your production, with no cap. In addition to a base salary of $35,568 annually (paid $1,482.00 twice monthly), you may qualify for commissions that can range from $40k to $500k+ annually.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
  • Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
  • Connect clients with qualified candidates, resulting in placements
  • Use recruiting tools and materials proficiently
  • Cold‑call, qualify, screen, and prep candidates and clients for interviews, and assist in the negotiation of job offers
  • Conduct reference checks on candidates
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
  • Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
  • Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • A degree is preferred but not required
  • Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements
