The big picture

The Renewable Energy Site Manager, reporting to the Project Manager, will lead and manage on-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and financial goals are met. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety and quality policies, managing the project budget and schedule, and serving as the main on-site liaison with clients and subcontractors. The Site Manager also fosters the company's core values and culture on-site.

Responsibilities include:
  • Leading project safety, quality, and compliance efforts.
  • Reviewing contract documents and construction plans for completeness and feasibility.
  • Coordinating mobilization and demobilization activities.
  • Managing crews to stay on schedule and within budget, enforcing best practices and quality standards.
  • Controlling project costs and reporting potential overruns.
  • Ensuring effective communication with the project team, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Leading and developing the on-site team, including hiring, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Upholding company culture and values, demonstrating professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Qualifications:
    • Minimum 5 years supervising construction crews and 10+ years in construction.
    • Ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external personnel.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
    • Valid driver's license and proficiency in English;
      Spanish speaking skills are a plus.
