$16.75/hr - $19.75/hr (B Shift: +$2.25/hr & C Shift: +$3.00/hr Shift Differentials)

• B Shift: Mon-Wed: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, Thurs: 6:30 PM - 12:30 AM
• C Shift: Fri-Sun: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Thurs: 12:30 PM - 6:30 PM
• Temp C Shift: Fri-Sun: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Thurs: 12:30 PM - 6:30 PM

This role ensures quality standards are met while maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.

• Set up and operate equipment safely to meet production and quality standards.
• Verify and follow manufacturing orders and customer specifications.
• Monitor production processes, adjusting as needed for packing and rate changes.
• Load trailers safely and efficiently, operating cranes as necessary.
• Inspect products before aging, checking hardness and quality standards.
• Support press operations and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and quality guidelines throughout production.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Basic math skills and strong computer proficiency
• Detail‑oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
