. We are looking to hire an Operations Manager to join this thriving team! Compensation for these direct hire opportunities is $90,000–$120,000 annually.

What you will do as an Operations Manager- Assign, prioritize, and schedule daily departmental activities while mentoring and evaluating personnel
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and safety across the facility
- Create and manage production schedules using ERP/MRP software to ensure timely delivery of products
- Coordinate workflow and identify cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality or safety
- Drive quality outputs that exceed customer expectations and ensure compliance with ISO and QMS standards
- Generate reports on production performance, quality metrics, and cost analysis
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, Haz Mat, SDS, and other safety regulations while overseeing equipment and facility maintenance
- Maintain inventory procedures and controls, ensuring accuracy and overseeing shipping operations
- Plan and implement systems, projects, and procedures using lean manufacturing principles, including 80/20 and 5S tools
- Minimum 5 years of machining and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong familiarity with lathe, milling, and saw shop equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO standards, and OSHA requirements
- Experience with Lean and 5S methodologies preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and drive cost-efficiency
