Pay Rate: $30.50 per hour
Shift: Rotating 12‑hour shifts either 6 PM – 6 AM or 8 PM – 8 AM (depending on the facility).

- Performs planned, corrective, and unplanned maintenance on specified equipment.
- Uses available documentation for equipment to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.
- Maintains communication (oral and written) within the maintenance team to ensure smooth shift transitions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, and industrial equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for work order documentation and inventory tracking.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, kneel, and work in confined spaces or heights.
- Forklift experience required to move product as needed.
- There are potential opportunities to train/work on the Facilities Maintenance team if you have a valid 1st Class Boiler’s license and 3 – 5 years’ experience in equipment maintenance work with other trades (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing).
