Fabrication Supervisor

Brenton is seeking a hands‑on leader to oversee evening fabrication operations. The role will monitor and prioritize daily workloads, coach and develop team members, and conduct performance reviews. Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and procedures is essential. The ideal candidate will foster a high‑performance, winning culture while ensuring quality and efficiency across all fabrication activities.

• Assigns work to employees and monitors workflow.
• Oversees and assists employees with questions.
• Involved in employee training and development.
• Involved in the interviewing process.
• Works with Fabrication Manager on quality standards and the continuous improvement of products and processes.
• Sets up and runs machines and fabrication equipment.
• Knows proper application of tooling.
• Orders tooling when needed.
• Capable of reading and understanding blueprints.
• Capable of hand layout and drilling.
• Familiar with all operations of the following machines: CNC machines, saw, mill, lathe, sheet metal equipment, welding and paint system.
• Completes other tasks as assigned by manager.

Base Hourly Range: $27.00–$32.00

• Two‑year technical degree preferred.
• Two years supervisory experience helpful, but not required.
• Strong knowledge of machining and fabrication equipment.
• Good communication skills.
• Team player.
