Schedule:
Full Time – 60-72 hours/pay period – 6:30 p.m. to 7 a.m., including every 3rd weekend and holiday.
As an RN in our skilled nursing facility, you’ll deliver high-quality care, coordinate resident care plans, and ensure compliance with clinical standards. We’re looking for a licensed RN with qualifications such as experience in skilled nursing, strong communication skills, and a focus on patient-centered care.
Pay range: $32.50/hr. to $38.50/hr. (hourly non-exempt) based on qualifications, experience, and location. Benefits include health coverage, professional development programs, and wellness incentives.

As a Registered Nurse You Will- Manage Clinical Operations and Care Standards – implement and uphold clinical standards, coordinate patient care needs, and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
- Deliver Direct Patient Care – initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures, observe and report changes in conditions, and reach, supervise, and counsel patients to promote optimal health and safety.
- Build Relationships and Ensure Compliance – create an environment that ensures high-quality care, promote patient independence and dignity, and establish effective communication with all patients.
- Other Duties as Assigned – the duties listed are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
- CPR certification within 6 months of hire.
- Clear and compassionate communication abilities.
- Experience in long-term care, acute care, or rehabilitation is preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical best practices.
- Proficient in English to ensure effective communication with residents, team members, and families.
- Ability to pass state-mandated background check.
- Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
