As a Clinic LPN
, you will play a key role in supporting our psychiatric providers, ensuring seamless patient care, and contributing to a positive healthcare experience for our patients.

The Role:

What to Expect
  • Location: Based in our Alexandria, MN office.
  • Schedule: Full-time,
    Monday - Friday (8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM).
  • Collaborative Care: Work closely with psychiatrists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and administrative staff to provide top-tier mental health services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care & Support: Implement nursing care based on patient needs under the direction of psychiatrists and mid-level providers.
  • Medication Management: Update and maintain accurate patient medication records.
  • Communication & Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact for patients, guardians, insurance companies, providers, and pharmacies.
  • Administrative & Clinical Support: Assist with documentation, patient assessments, and general nursing duties.
  • Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure all records and communications adhere to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
  • Conflict Resolution: Follow the chain of command for addressing concerns or conflicts.
What We're Looking For
  • Must be able to obtain licensure in all states where RPA provides services.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced mental health setting.
  • Passion for providing care to patients in rural and underserved areas.
