Vivie is seeking a Home Health LPN in Minnesota to deliver compassionate skilled nursing care in clients’ homes. This full-time, hourly role operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with potential holiday rotation. Pay ranges from $24.50 to $31.00 per hour, non-exempt, based on experience and location.
You will perform direct client care, educate families, maintain accurate EMR documentation, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support client independence and safety.
