Schedule:Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM;
Fridays as needed
We are seeking a qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia services primarily for oral surgery procedures. This opportunity offers a benefits-eligible employment arrangement with a flexible schedule.
The CRNA will work closely with the dental and clinical team to ensure safe, effective anesthesia care and a comfortable patient experience.
Responsibilities- Administer and manage anesthesia for scheduled oral surgery cases.
- Monitor patients throughout anesthesia procedures and ensure patient safety.
- Evaluate patients and determine appropriate anesthesia care.
- Collaborate with dentists (DDS), licensed assistants, nursing staff, and the Medical Director.
- Follow established anesthesia protocols and clinical safety standards.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and anesthesia records.
- Report directly to the Medical Director.
- Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.
- Active Minnesota state licensure.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Experience in general anesthesia and oral surgery preferred.
- Clinic-based setting.
- Primarily oral surgery cases.
- Approximately 8-10 patients per day.
- Collaborative clinical team consisting of dentists, licensed assistants, Medical Director, RNs, and care coordinators.
- No on-call responsibilities.
- No after-hours responsibilities.
$175-$220 per hour, depending on experience.
