• Maximize sales in all categories and product lines offered in the department;
• Manage inventory, ensuring products are available and displayed effectively;
• Train and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture;
• Ensure store policy, procedure, and compliance are enforced, meeting daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales projections;
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues proactively.
