Pro Mach, Inc. is seeking an AM Parts Coordinator to support aftermarket parts sales and order processing in Alexandria, MN. You will learn the product line, interact with customers, and help drive on-time order fulfillment and revenue growth.
Responsibilities include processing inbound quotes and orders, updating ERP/CRM data (Syteline and Salesforce), coordinating with Purchasing, and supporting escalated customer requests while maintaining accuracy and strong communication with internal teams.
