We are an established, third-generation, family-owned RV dealership seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our onsite sales team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who excels in a consultative sales environment and is looking for strong commission potential with a stable, reputable company.
What You'll Do:- Guide customers through the RV buying process, from initial inquiry to final sale
- Build rapport, assess customer needs, and recommend the right RV solutions
- Maintain product knowledge across new and pre-owned inventory
- Follow up with leads and develop long-term customer relationships
- Collaborate with management and support teams to successfully close deals
- Deliver a professional, customer-focused buying experience
- Proven sales experience required (automotive, RV, real estate, or other high-ticket sales)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working onsite, including weekends
- Professional appearance and customer-first approach
- Experience working in a commission-based compensation structure
- Commission-based compensation with high earning potential
