Mission Mechanical Inc. is growing, and we are looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our team! • Diagnose repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Educate customers on issues, solutions, and potential system improvements
• Ensure efficient and safe operation of HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot refrigerant, gas, and electric HVAC systems
• Work with low voltage controls and electrical systems
• Perform work according to local, state, and national HVAC codes
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly inventory service vehicle
• Utilize company‑provided smartphone/tablet for scheduling and invoicing
• Participate in training sessions, vendor technical workshops, and team meetings
• Assist in mentoring and training junior technicians
• Represent Mission Mechanical with professionalism and integrity

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of HVAC functional design, installation, and troubleshooting
• Experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Must have reliable transportation & necessary hand tools
• Proficient in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of gas, electric, and refrigerant-based systems
• Ability to read blueprints, interpret codes, and follow safety procedures
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Self‑motivated with a positive, team‑oriented attitude
• Must be detail‑oriented and organized
