• Must be able to travel throughout Minnesota, Iowa, Montana, North and South Dakota.
• Regular, consistent attendance and regular overtime at all assigned job sites.
• Valid Driver’s License, preferably Class

• Acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Physical strength and endurance to perform all principal duties and responsibilities.

• Operate rock crusher in a gravel pit. Monitor and adjust crusher and conveyors to control the flow of materials to specified type and quality of aggregates being produced.
• Complete daily maintenance and inspections of the crushing/screening plant and conveyors.
• Service and assist in repair of the crusher system and perform housekeeping duties around crusher area, including shoveling.
• May require operating loader, skid steer and/or dozer and perform repairs using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
• Must be able to communicate and work well with others and lift 50 pounds.
• Performs other tasks as needed.
