The Licensed Building Automation Electricianinstallsandsupports Building Automation System (BAS) wiring,controls,andrelatedelectricalcomponentsincustomerfacilities.

Thisrolecoordinateswithprojectmanagers,customers,andothertradestoensureprojectsarecompletedsafely,accurately,andonschedulewhileoverseeingapprenticeelectriciansonsite.

The Licensed Building Automation Electricianisresponsibleforinstalling Building Automation System (BAS) electricalmaterials,wiring,andequipmentincompliancewithcurrentNECcoderequirements.

Thisrolecoordinatesonsiteinstallationactivitieswithprojectmanagers,customers,andothertradestoensureprojectsarecompletedsafely,efficiently,and onschedule.

Responsibilitiesincludereadingandinterpretingblueprints,shop drawings,and specifications;creatingmateriallists;communicatingprojectneedsandupdates;andoverseeingapprenticeelectriciansonsite.

Thepositionalsorequirescompletingprojectdocumentationandreportingusingcomputersortabletsandtravelingtojobsites,includingoccasionalovernighttravel.

• Current Minnesota Journey manor Master Electrician License
• BAScontrolsinstallationexperienceaplus
• Valid driver’slicense
• StrongunderstandingofNECcode
• Abilitytoleadsmallcrewsandperformindependentwork
• Abilitytoreadblueprintsandtechnicaldocuments
• Proficientwithcomputers,tablets,emailandconstructionmanagementsoftware
