Position SummarySikich is seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented auditing professional with strong leadership and information technology skills to perform IT audits for federal clients. The role requires an active interim Secret or higher security clearance (or the ability to obtain such clearance). This position is contingent upon award of contract.
Responsibilities- Conduct testing to determine the effectiveness of IT controls.
- Prepare work products, including work papers, findings, reports, and other deliverables in accordance with auditing standards and firm guidelines.
- Own assigned work areas, review peer work, and provide guidance to less experienced resources.
- Execute tasks on an internally developed schedule to meet contractual deadlines.
- Leverage technology, including data analysis tools and AI, to increase audit efficiency and effectiveness.
- Meet expectations for attendance, punctuality, and deadlines and abide by all company policies.
- Participate in formal and informal training to grow technical and non‑technical competencies.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Information Systems degree preferred. - Minimum 3 years of auditing or related technical experience.
- Minimum interim Secret clearance.
- CISA preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- NIST SP 800‑53, Security and Privacy Controls.
- FASAB Statements of Federal Accounting Standards.
- GAO’s Government Auditing Standards (GAS).
- AICPA’s AU‑Cs.
- GAO/CIGIE Financial Audit Manual (FAM).
- GAO Federal Information System Controls Audit Manual (FISCAM).
- OMB Bulletin 24‑02, Audit Requirements for Federal Financial Statements.
- Other federal reporting and accounting requirements.

In compliance with state pay‑transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $86,000. Final offers may vary based on experience and geographic location.
