We are currently seeking a Permit Runner to join our growing team.

• Travel to local government offices and municipalities to submit, pick up, and process permits for trade work
• Review paperwork to ensure accuracy and completion before submission
• Coordinate with inspectors and assist with scheduling county inspections
• Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, and maintaining permit records
• Communicate with customers, inspectors, and office staff regarding permits and inspection schedules
• Support the flow of scheduled work and ensure business continuity

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Dependable and detail-oriented with a "can-do" attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and courteous when working with officials, inspectors, and customers
• Team player who collaborates effectively to achieve results
• Knowledge of permit processing, including applying, receiving, reviewing, and issuing permits (preferred)
