- Manage the President's inbox and calendar.
- Organize receipts, track timesheets, and handle tasks that save leadership time.
- Answer inbound calls and track communications in our CRM.
- Schedule consultations and update clients on project progress.
- Send invoices, follow up on pending jobs, and request reviews.
- Process utility locate tickets and coordinate job start dates.
- Keep job and billing records updated and accurate.
- Maintain weekly reports on marketing spend, production, closing rates, and client feedback.
- 2+ years experience in admin, operations, or customer service (home services experience is a bonus).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Comfortable with Gmail, Google Sheets, Excel, and basic CRM systems.
- Confident on the phone with clients and vendors.
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Spanish‑speaking is a plus but not required.
