Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support for project coordination, including document management, report preparation, and scheduling.
- Assist in project marketing efforts, contributing to presentations, client outreach, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and contractors to support efficient project execution and address any day‑to‑day inquiries.
- Maintain accurate project records, including budgets, schedules, and contract documentation.
- Support project visibility through marketing tasks, including preparing newsletters, case studies, and social media content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with project management or marketing software is a plus.
