The Maintenance Technician is an entry‑level position integral to a team servicing vehicles. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, provide routine maintenance, and ensure vehicle readiness. Full‑ and part‑time benefits are available from Day 1, including a tool program discount.

Pay Range: $14.72 – $22.08 per hour

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive components such as brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical systems.
• Change oil, perform scheduled maintenance services, and install tires.
• Install and test batteries, shock absorbers, and electrical systems.
• Conduct road tests to verify vehicle performance.

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver’s license and ability to operate customer and company vehicles.
• Preferred experience in the automotive service industry.
• Reading, writing, and basic math skills.
