ASCO has a new and exciting opportunity for a Member Engagement Coordinator to join our team! In this role, the Member Engagement Coordinator will support our Communities of Practice, coordinate online engagement activities and events, and contribute to member onboarding, recognition, and retention initiatives—all while helping create a meaningful experience for ASCO members. This position is hybrid with a primary location at our headquarter sin Alexandria, VA.The hiremustresidewithin 75 miles of our headquarters and be available to work onsite as business needs require.

• Coordinate Communities of Practice. Foster increased engagement in Communities of Practice,facilitatecontent creation and dissemination, and coordinate with internal teams to enhance the member experience.

• Assess and improve community activities. Grow community engagement and conduct regular evaluations using member feedback and engagement metrics. Maintain relationships with community leaders to foster active participation and ownership.

• Plan and execute community events. Support virtual events, webinars, and meetings to encourage member engagement and professional networking.

• Provide community feedback to stakeholders
