We are looking for an experienced HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre‑construction to completion, interfacing with customers and construction professionals. Manages all aspects of HVAC/MEP projects, from beginning to end, with direct responsibility for project execution while leading a team or teams to accomplish specific objectives in a given time frame and with available resources. Responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of control projects. Accountable for assigned project scope of work, schedule, and budget.

• Oversee the planning and execution of HVAC/MEP projects from pre‑construction through completion.

• Lead project teams to meet objectives regarding time, quality, and cost.

• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

• Construction Management with 5+ years of commercial project management, HVAC/MEP experience.
• Contacts in the area that will help with business development.
• Excellent communication skills with multiple levels.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Technology savvy.
