Construction Project Manager; General Contracting

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager at Shabani LLC, based in Alexandria, VA. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing schedules and budgets, liaising with clients and stakeholders, supervising construction teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management
• Proficiency in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Experience with Budgeting and financial management for construction projects
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field is preferred
• PMP certification is a plus
