Mark Allan & Associates, LLC (MA&A), a leading provider of Project and Program Management, Construction Cost Consultation, and Schedule Management services, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to work alongside industry experts and gain valuable experience managing large-scale construction projects across various sectors.

Assist project executives in the coordination and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.

Support day-to-day project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking project timelines.

Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project progress and address any issues that arise.

Help maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and contract details.

Participate in on-site visits to support the management of contractors and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
