STRUCTURAL is hiring a Project Manager for its Building Envelope High‑Rise Restoration Division in Alexandria, VA, serving the Greater DMV area. You will oversee large, self‑perform, complex envelope repair and facade restoration projects.
Responsibilities include guiding communication among stakeholders, leading meetings, managing procurement and contracts, monitoring subcontractors, and maintaining budgets and schedules with a focus on safety and quality. Travel up to 20% may be required.
