Assistant Producer

The Hereford Agency is a video production leader focused on creating history-changing videos that drive public opinion and motivate their audiences.

Our specialty lies within creating content for conservative political campaigns and candidates. We pride ourselves on the ability to create content that will exponentially drive campaigns to victory and own the libs.

This is a contract Assistant Producer role located in Alexandria, VA. The Assistant Producer will be responsible for supporting the Producer and Director in pre‑production, production, and post‑production. The Assistant Producer will also assist with managing budgets, schedules, and logistics, as well as organizing and maintaining all aspects of video shoots both local and across the country.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Knowledge of video production and post-production processes
• Experience with budget and schedule management
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in political campaign or corporate video production is a plus
• Must watch the news and follow campaigns and elections or be willing to start.
