Customer Success Representative (Alexandria, VA)
Join our team as the key connection between Coton Colors and our retail, corporate, and wholesale customers. You’ll help onboard new accounts, support daily needs, and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless experience with our brand. Job Overview: This remote role is responsible for managing the relationships with our customers across all audiences—retail, corporate, and independent wholesale. This includes general administrative work, proactive customer touch points, new customer onboarding, customer service and coordination with multiple functions. The role partners closely with Sales Representatives to support wholesale accounts within assigned territories, ensuring customers receive a seamless, coordinated experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned accounts in coordination with the Sales Representative
- Provide customer communication via all channels – in person, phone, email, fax and company systems and websites to each of our audiences
- Execute Account Management for multiple accounts, including:
- Customer Onboarding/Deboarding
- Customer Training
- Data Management and Reporting
- Customer Analysis
- Deliver excellent customer service and development, including:
- Order information, placement and inquiries
- Customer communication regarding sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns
- Product information
- Shipping information and coordination
- Perform customer and company data management
- Perform customer reporting
- Assist Sales Representatives with:
- Goal Setting
- Appointment setting
- Corporate travel
- Corporate events
- Sales
- Participate in company wide events:
- Trade shows, conventions, sales events
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales field, retail a plus
- Able to complete local travel within the assigned territory as needed
