We are actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Assistant to support our live marketing campaigns and enhance customer engagement at in-person events. - Assist with the day-to-day coordination and execution of live events, pop-up activations, and brand promotions.
- Engage with customers face‑to‑face, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and the public, maintaining positive and professional interactions.
- Help achieve event goals related to brand awareness, customer outreach, and fundraising.
- Offer creative ideas to enhance event flow, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer questions with professionalism and provide effective solutions.
- Gather customer feedback and support the tracking of event performance metrics.
- Participate in team strategy meetings, training sessions, and field‑based learning opportunities.
