Customer Service Representative to support their customer service team. The organization is committed to delivering excellent customer experiences and maintaining efficient operations.
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will handle a high volume of calls, providing professional support to customers. This role includes resolving issues, processing orders, conducting outbound sales initiatives, and maintaining accurate customer records while delivering a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Research and implement solutions for customer issues; elevate as necessary.
- Accurately process customer orders and payments, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Conduct outbound calls and upsell products, meeting assigned sales targets.
- Gather customer insights and maintain accurate customer data.
- Make follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and report recurring issues to management.
Qualifications:
- Over 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Phone Line systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain focused, collaborative, and customer-oriented.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, experience can compensate.
