Oral Surgeon – Alexandria, VA
Nuvia Dental Implant Center is hiring a skilled Oral Surgeon to join our Alexandria, VA location. We use cutting‑edge technology to deliver permanent teeth in 24 hours. Join the revolution to drive change and give patients the premium experience they deserve.
Compensation- Base salary $250,000+ per year (no non‑compete)
- Generous per‑arch rate

- Full Medicare/Medicaid payer coverage
- Credit card‑insured medical & dentistry
- No POA requirement
- Immediate surgeries with 24‑hour full‑prostheses
- Zero‑length net pay on high‑volume cases
- Hands‑on complex case training with leading surgeons
- Peer‑to‑peer case reviews and mentorship
- Cadavar course opportunity for All‑On‑X training
- U.S. accredited four‑year dental school (DDS/DMD)
- U.S. oral surgery residency with certificate to practice
- Unrestricted active dental license
- DEA registration; current ACLS & BLS certification
- Experience with All‑On‑X procedures
- Perform dental implant surgery, including extractions and alveolectomy
- Collaborate with restorative doctors for treatment planning
- Diagnose and provide comprehensive treatment plans
- Work in accordance with Center policies, safety, OSHA & MSDS guidelines
- Punctual arrival for surgical prep
- Review patient history, radiographs, and treatment plan
- Perform exceptional surgery in a team setting
- Dictate comprehensive notes
- Collaborate with the team on upcoming cases
