Position: Director of Community Engagement, Alpha - $200,000/year USD
Director of Community Engagement, Alpha

Salary: $200,000/year USD ($100/hr). Full-time, on-site at a single Alpha campus. Base pay range: $100/hr.

Alpha operates outside the traditional school framework. Students complete core academics in two hours daily through AI-driven applications, then engage in real-world competencies: public speaking, critical reasoning, collaboration, project work. The role focuses on enrollment growth, parent advocacy, and community trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead parent relationships from initial inquiry to sustained engagement on a single campus.

• Conduct persuasive information sessions and individual discussions converting interested parents into dedicated advocates.

• Act as the central parent contact, addressing concerns, increasing satisfaction, and ensuring a supportive enrollment experience.

• Establish credibility through consistent on-site engagement, local community partnerships, and outreach efforts.

• Mobilize parent advocates to generate referrals and expand community influence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in family outreach, enrollment, or education.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision-making.

• Deep belief in Alpha’s accelerated, high-expectation learning model.

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Currently reside within commuting distance of one Alpha campus, or willing to relocate.
