Lyteworx Automation Systems (Lyteworx) seeks a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. As a key personnel, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing technical specifications and solutions to address complex requirements and business problems.

We are advancing an innovative workforce prototype initiative designed to revolutionize workforce planning. This groundbreaking project integrates diverse data sets, advanced accountability and visualization tools, and secure, data-driven solutions to support mission-critical decision-making. The prototype enables actionable insights for planning, collaboration, and crisis management while scaling to address the needs of diverse organizational entities.

Requirements

U.S. Citizenship: U.S. citizenship is required for this position.

Security Clearance: TOP SECRET REQUIRED

Education:

• At minimum, an undergraduate degree from an accredited U.S. University

• A graduate degree in a relevant field is preferred

Skills & Experience:

• At least 10 years of work experience performing systems architecture and/or engineering of large-scale information systems

• Experience working with software development and modernization efforts such as cloud, automation platforms, and enterprise data

• Experience serving as a solutions architect integrating disparate technologies and data sources into cohesive technical solutions to address customer challenges

• Strong communication skills to proactively engage fellow CDAO members and DoD cross-organizational partners

• Ability to develop and deliver tailored complex overviews and solutions to customers' concerns

• Experience working in agile environments with multiple product-centric agile teams

• Knowledge of DoD manpower and personnel data, systems, and organizational structure

Key Responsibilities

The Solution Architect will be responsible for:

• Designing technical specifications and solutions to address complex requirements and business problems

• Taking initiative to work closely with clients to gather requirements, plan execution, obtain customer feedback, revise deliverables, identify risks, and propose recommendations

• Documenting and sharing knowledge of best architecture practices, tools, and techniques

Major Duties

The core tasks and day-to-day activities involved in this role include:

• Meeting facilitation with customers to gather requirements and provide solutions

• Planning execution of technical projects and initiatives

• Obtaining customer feedback and revising deliverables accordingly

• Identifying risks and proposing recommendations for mitigation

• Documenting knowledge of best architecture practices, tools, and techniques

• Ensuring solutions align with industry best practices and stay within timeline and funding constraints
