Overview

We are seeking experienced and certified NETA II, III, or IV Technicians to join our dynamic team specializing in electrical testing and commissioning for commercial and industrial facilities, with a strong emphasis on data center environments. This is a hands-on role for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, technically demanding settings and are passionate about safety, precision, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform acceptance and maintenance testing on electrical power systems including switch gear, transformers, circuit breakers, protective relays, and related equipment.
  • Conduct commissioning activities for new and upgraded electrical systems, particularly in mission-critical data center environments.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment and methodologies.
  • Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Document test results and prepare detailed reports in compliance with NETA standards.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company protocols.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
  • Active NETA Level II, III, or IV Certification (required).
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in electrical testing and commissioning.
  • Experience in data center electrical systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ANSI/NETA standards, NFPA 70E, and OSHA regulations.
  • Proficiency with test equipment such as Doble, Megger, Omicron, and Fluke.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with SCADA, BMS, and other monitoring systems.
  • Experience with high-voltage systems and critical power infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
