Wiley|Wilson is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead the design of complex land development and infrastructure projects for federal government clients. Projects may include site development, stormwater management, environmental permitting, utility infrastructure, and pump station design.
Responsibilities include team leadership, cross‑disciplinary collaboration, serving as the primary client contact, ensuring client satisfaction, and mentoring junior engineers and designers.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET‑accredited institution.
- Registered Professional Engineer in VA or ability to obtain reciprocity within 3 months of start date.
- Some travel may be required.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain a security clearance.
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience, including land development and site design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required; experience with Micro Station and InRoads software is preferred.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local government regulations related to civil design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of regional stormwater regulations.
