The Engineering Technician turns custom designs into fully operational systems by assembling, integrating, and upgrading high-pressure equipment used in hospitals and U.S. Navy facilities worldwide. This role blends hands-on assembly, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical precision.

- Assemble, integrate, and upgrade custom hyperbaric chambers
- Perform maintenance and testing both in-house and onsite at client facilities
- Travel to hospitals and military bases to support installations
- Interpret schematics and engineering drawings with high accuracy
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure functionality aligns with intent
- Conduct troubleshooting, corrective repairs, and system performance checks
- Manage materials and components for assembly
- Work safely within medical-grade and mission-critical environments
- 5+ years in a mechanical or electrical technician role
- Strong fundamentals in both mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to read schematics and follow precise technical instructions
- High accountability and comfort working with tight timelines
- Curious to learn complex systems and innovate when needed
- Willingness to travel domestically and work occasional weekends
- Welding certification is a plus
- Prior experience in manufacturing medical, aerospace, or custom industrial systems preferred
