Game Show Producer​/Host

Yes& is an integrated marketing agency with offices in Alexandria, VA. Our team brings deep expertise in branding, messaging, storytelling, advertising and stakeholder engagement. We are seeking an engaging game-show producer and host for an in-office holiday event in Alexandria, Virginia.

• Approximately 50 employees
• 60–75-minute interactive game show
• December 8, 2026 | Event window: approximately 4:00–6:00 p.m. Game-show program: approximately 60–75 minutes
• Workplace-appropriate, inclusive and holiday-season themed

We envision employees competing in approximately six teams through several short rounds, potentially including survey-style questions, music identification, visual puzzles, general trivia and simple audience challenges. The format should allow employees to participate at different comfort levels without putting anyone unexpectedly on the spot.

• Corporate event hosting, improv, game shows or interactive entertainment Strong audience-management and improvisational skills
• Experience engaging groups with mixed enthusiasm and participation levels Professional, reliable and comfortable with workplace audiences

The selected host will:

• Participate in one planning call with our team
• Recommend and develop the overall game-show format
• Prepare the questions, rounds, scoring system and host script
• Incorporate a limited amount of company-specific content provided by us
• Provide a written run-of-show and final materials in advance Identify any necessary AV, equipment or room-setup requirements
• Arrive early for setup and a brief technical run-through
• Host the 60–75-minute program and maintain an upbeat, inclusive atmosphere
• Coordinate with a designated Yes& staff member serving as scorekeeper, if needed.
