We are currently seeking a hands‑on finance leader who can provide strategic and creative direction while balancing resources and funding requirements. The Head of Finance – Care Delivery is an active participant in and the driver of the organization’s overall fiscal strategy. They will lead the organization’s financial administration, business planning and budgeting.
Responsibilities- Partner with CEO on all financial operations and strategic matters as they arise, provide strategic recommendations based on fiscal analysis and projections
- Oversee day to day functions and staff within accounting, financial reporting, accounts payable, payroll, revenue cycle, real estate, and FP&A for Care Delivery entities
- Manage the ongoing relationship with our board, including monthly financial reporting and meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and collaboration with the FP&A team to align business strategy with corporate performance expectations
- Continue support of Close Knit’s implementation of Net Suite and ongoing maintenance thereafter
- Audit management and oversight with the ability to respond to external audit requests
- Assess and align finance / accounting team resources within the Care Delivery entity
- Provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement of combined entity
- Education:
Minimum of Bachelors degree and CPA/CMA experience - 5 years health care experience including revenue cycle management and value-based contract experience
- Excels at building rapport, fostering open communication, and ensuring alignment with key organizational leaders
- A leader that fosters a culture of collaboration and empowers team members to contribute and grow
- Exceptional communication and planning skills, including the ability to communicate financial concepts and data effectively and concisely
- Demonstrated excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, fiscal control, financial reporting and leading a financial team
